Account Deletion

Delete your account in Kvenna

1. Sign in to Kvenna.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Privacy & Safety.
4. Under Account, select Delete account.
5. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@shadowarmy.us from the address associated with your Kvenna account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

What deletion does

Account deletion permanently removes the account and account-linked content from Kvenna, subject to limited records that Shadow Army LLC must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting a Kvenna account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple ID subscription settings.
